If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return your product to the place of purchase undamaged within 15 days from date of purchase for a refund of your purchase price. 

If you purchased your unit from your local Ybravo.com dealer, return the unit to that store.

If you purchased the unit from Ybravo.com directly over the Internet, just contact us and we will issue a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) and return address information.  

Return of the unit and proof of purchase is required for a refund.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  Return shipping/delivery costs will be at your expense. 

Returning the product in an undamaged condition is the customer's responsibility.  Units damaged due to improper use or abuse will not qualify for this return guarantee program.
